According to one of the Diocesan priests, the Diocese cultivates goods like rubber, coconut, aercnut, pepper and cashews. The farming of these goods is one important source of income for the diocese which is resourceless. The Diocese cultivates 300 acres.

This income is supplemented by the few donations that the Diocese can receive and the gifts of Mass stipends that help the individual priests who receive a very small income from the Diocese on a monthly basis.
